Principal responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive acquisition and usage of the Banks digital banking and digitally enabled products and services Optimize campaign performance by analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing testing to increase conversion and ROI Manage new Adtech & Martech solutions evaluation, onboarding & user adoption Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project implementation Lead the quality uplift of the wider marketing teams digital marketing efforts by developing guidelines, reviewing brand safety measures for digital media, and constantly revisiting operation workflows for enhanced efficiency Support marketing team on eDM management and webpage productions Adhere to the Banks guidelines in project execution Qualifications and Requirement University degree in Marketing, Business Information System, Communications or a related discipline Minimum 4 years relevant job experience with exposure to financial services industry preferred Hands-on experience with various performance marketing tools & ad-tech, including PPC, programmatic, social, SEM, affiliate and email marketing Proficiency in MarTech tools such as AEM, SFMC, Tealium, Looker & HTML a plus Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques Detail-oriented, capable of working independently and under pressure Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and project management skills Proficiency in both English and Chinese Great sense of ownership and service-oriented mindset to ensure efficient and effective outcomes All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
