Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in the School of Chinese Medicine (Ref.: 531436) (to commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE including English (minimum Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR minimum Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, plus at least 4 years relevant work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage. Proficiency in common computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing is required. Applicants should also have good interpersonal skills, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently; and be mature and self-motivated.

The appointees will provide administrative support to program or event teams in the school, and perform any other duties as assigned. Those with a Bachelors degree may be offered the functional title of Executive Assistant.
