Account Clerk (Part-time)

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in accounting related discipline
• Well organized, attentive to details and self-motivated
• Competent PC skills in MS Word and Excel
• Knowledge in Microsoft Navision would be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome

Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting duties for Accounts Payable
• Provide accounting supports including invoicing, accounting entries, handling reconciliations, etc.
• Create accounting entries and vouchers, filing of agreements
• Assist in prepare month-end closing including preparation of schedules and breakdown
• Provide daily administrative and clerical support
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
