Life and Medical Claims, Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and approve claims within company guidelines and policies.
- Conduct thorough and timely claims investigations to ensure accurate decision-making.
- Maintain close communication and follow up with health providers, hospitals, and investigators involved in the claims process.
- Ensure service turnaround time is met and claims SLA targets are achieved.
- Handle enquiries from distribution enquiry team, customer enquiry team, and customer complaint team in a professional and timely manner.
- Compile regular management reports on claims activities to provide insight into claim processing and performance.
Qualifications:
- University graduate or above with FLMI qualification or equivalent
- At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience in insurance field
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Strong customer centric mindset and good communication skill
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, patient, cheerful and positive
