• 持有效保健員註冊證書及牌照和有效急救證書
• 中五或以上程度或同等學歷
• 能接受彈性工作模式及戶外工作
• 具上門到戶服務或嚴重殘疾人士服務經驗者優先考慮
• 協助護士執行護理工作，並適時滙報進展及其他特殊情況
• 協助處理護理部的文書及行政工作，以及單位舉辦之社區支援服務及照顧者活動等
• 服務區域：將軍澳區及按服務需要支援其他分區
• 每週工作44小時，毋須輪班，毋須值夜
