Our Client is a stable and reputable foreign bank branch in HK. They are currently looking for a Bills Checker (operation) to join the bank to ensure smooth operation. Responsibilities: Examine bills, invoices, and payment requests to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Verify the authenticity of supporting documents and cross-check them against established guidelines. Perform detailed calculations and reconciliations to identify any discrepancies or errors. Handle large value transactions of import products. Escalate issues if needed. Collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies and obtain necessary clarifications and resolve customers inquiries. Maintain accurate records of all reviewed bills and associated documentation. Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends related to bill processing. Requirements: Proven experience in bill verification, accounts payable, or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry, preferrable with at least 5-8 years of experience .
