工作職責：

• 解答客戶在通話、電郵及線上對話的一般查詢及致力提供客戶滿意的服務
• 把握機會向客戶推廣各類型服務計劃及產品
• 遵守及執行電話熱線中心有關的工作流程及守則
• 根據公司的要求執行其他指定的工作
• 夜班時段：15:00 - 00:00 / 通宵班時段：20:30 - 06:00 / 00:00 - 09:00

職位要求：

• 中學會考/中學文憑或以上程度
• 具備良好溝通及解決問題的技巧
• 具良好的中英文書寫和口語（廣東話和普通話）能力
• 懂基本電腦操作及懂中英輸入法
• 工作地點：沙田辦公室 (近第一城站/ 石門站)
