此職位之申請人將負責︰

• 監督餐務助理和組長
• 確保準確生產量，並符合衛生和產品安全等公司標準
• 監督和培訓團隊，以確保達到生產力目標
• 協助和參與其他臨時分配的項目

申請者需要乎合下列基本要求︰

• 中三或以上
• 最少2年以上相關工作經驗
• 有監督及營運工作經驗者優先
• 有輪班經驗為佳，可於周末和公眾假期上班
• MS office基本應用
• 流利的粵語口語和書寫，及懂簡單的英語

We are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join our "Make & Pack" Team (Airline Meal Packing) as “Assistant Supervisor"

In this role, you will:

• Supervise catering assistants and shift leaders
• Maintain quality and hygiene standard and check the quantity of food produced of Make & Pack
• Train and develop staff to fulfill company standards
• Take part in ad-hoc projects

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Secondary 3 or above
• Above 2 years related working experience
• Supervisory and Operation experience is preferable
• With shift operation experience is an advantage, available to work on Sunday and public holiday
• Basic knowledge in MS Office
• Fluent spoken and written of Cantonese, Understand simple English
