Work Location: Chek Lap Kok

• Provide clerical and administration support to the Division as part of the Visitor Pass (VP) Team;
• Liaising with customers at the VP Team Desk and facilitating the application and issuing of VPs;
• Answering phone enquiries on VP related matters;
• Managing file indexing and handling documentation work;
• Preparing internal documents as and when requested;
• Coordinating with other internal Divisions in relation to VP permit issues; and
• Performing ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

• Form 5 or above (Fresh Graduate will also be considered);
• Preferably with 1 year of relevant work experience;
• Sound skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Familiarity with computer systems is highly preferable;
• Good interpersonal skills and telephone manner;
• Even temperament and ability to work under pressure;
• Open personality and ability to work in a close-knit team environment; and
• Sound understanding of written / spoken English.
