Responsibilities

• Act as Digital Product Manager to initiate & drive projects with overall online banking channel & product roadmap of Consumer Banking business.
• Develop delightful AI driven customer journeys to contextually deliver and improve journey experience and transaction conversion across online channels, e.g. PWEB, Mobile Banking.
• Innovate, develop latest technology and ideas to grow online business and conversion funnel across our digital platforms.
• Optimize data centric day to day operation including data analysis, data report control, and perform monthly data research tasks.
• Drive offshore customers banking behavior analysis (e.g. GBA, ASEAN) and identify potential innovation and operation initiatives to cater their banking needs in 香港.
• Drive customer immersions and champion the voice of customers by means of quantification (data) and qualification (verbatim) with any stakeholders.
• Support post-implementation tasks such as user training to touch-points, production problem investigation, post implementation review and escalation.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Technology management, agile Project Management or Product Owner experience.
• Strong data driven mindset and experience with track record and good industry and onshore and offshore customers’ insights.
• AI knowledge/project experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively with stakeholders and develop compelling proposals, reports and presentations.
• Creative thinking, innate curiosity and strong desire to drive, deliver and contribute innovative ideas that will grow the business and deliver value.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Solid problem-solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions, with the ability to anticipate challenges.
• Strong understanding in Consumer Banking business and wealth products & sales process (is not a must, would be preferred).
• Knowledge of UX design, customer discovery and Adobe Analytics is helpful.
