VP, Infrastructure - Bank/FSNEW

We are seeking a strategic and technically astute Vice President to lead our Infrastructure function, driving innovation, resilience, and operational excellence across our banking platforms. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping the future of our infrastructure landscape, including cloud strategy, data centre operations, network architecture, and enterprise platforms.

What youll need to succeed

• Develop and execute a multi-year infrastructure roadmap aligned with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies.

• Lead a team of infrastructure professionals and manage strategic vendor relationships to ensure service excellence and cost efficiency.

• Partner with Risk and Security teams to enhance infrastructure resilience, disaster recovery, and cyber defence capabilities.

• Drive cloud adoption, virtualisation, and automation initiatives to improve scalability, agility, and performance.

• Oversee infrastructure budgets, KPIs, and governance frameworks to ensure transparency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What youll get in return

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure
• Proven track record in leading large-scale infrastructure transformations, including cloud migration and data centre consolidation.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (HKMA, MAS, etc.) and cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) are a plus.
