Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with standards such as ISO 9001.  

• Create and enforce quality control plans, inspection procedures, and testing protocols.  

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met during product development and manufacturing.  

• Perform audits of internal processes and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.  

• Analyze production data and quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.  

• Manage customer complaints and lead investigations to resolve quality-related issues.  

• Train and mentor staff on quality standards, tools, and best practices.  

• Stay updated on industry regulations and advancements in quality engineering practices. 

• Ad-hoc duties as required.

• Stationed at PRC required

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.  

• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or production environments.  

• Good knowledge in manufacturing process

• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.  

• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001etc.).

• Knowledge of CAD software for designing process systems.  

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

• Proficiency in using quality software and data analysis tools. 

• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
