Our client is a Top Tier Chinese Investment Bank. To cope with the rapid business expansion, they are now inviting high caliber candidates to join the team

VP Corporate Finance (IPO) – Investment Banking/ Securities Brokerage

Responsibilities:

Execute corporate finance transactions including IPO, pre-IPO investment and financial advisory services
Assist senior team members to perform duties including due diligence exercise, pitch books preparation
Co-operation with external professional parties, client relationship management and liaison with relevant regulatory authorities
Ad hoc duties as assigned by senior team members

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law or related discipline(s) from reputable universities is preferred
With 6-8 years in Corporate Finance in Securities Brokerage OR Investment Banking/IBD
Proven track record of successful corporate finance transaction execution
Strong business acumen, good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must
Able to work under pressure with good team work
