The role designs and delivers end-to-end in-store presentations—from concept, artwork, and production to logistics and on-site implementation—while creating floor plans, mock-ups, VM packs, and marketing graphics. It executes VM projects such as shop construction and promotions, maintains brand standards, housekeeping, and safety across fixtures, lighting, and props, and ensures all setups are delivered on time and to quality. It also handles production follow-up, cross-team coordination, and ad-hoc assignments as required.

• Design in-store presentation from concept development, artwork, production and logistics to implementation

• Produce floor plans, display mock-ups and VM packs

• Design VM or marketing materials & graphics and follow up production

• Maintain VM standards, housekeeping and safety across all touchpoints, such as fixtures, lighting and props

• Coordinate and execute VM projects including shop construction and promotion

• Ensure all visual merchandising production and set up are delivered on time with expected quality

• Handle ad-hoc assignment as requested

• Degree/Higher diploma holder in Art & Design or related discipline

• 2 - 3  years' visual merchandising experience in retail industry

• Proficiency in design tools, such as photoshop, Illustrator and other visual design tools

• Knowledge in 3D graphic/ window design

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with supervision

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
