Training Officer/Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for training, assessment and certification around the implementation of new product standards, and implementing feedback optimization suggestions.
• Conduct research, design, promotion, delivering and evaluation in classroom and e-learning training courses
• Prepare, coordinate and record training materials including classroom and e-learning training courses
• Prepare, maintain and update the training policy to keep up the regulation and market requirements
• Prepare training reports for evaluation and continuous improvement
• Handle ad-hoc assignment as required
• Support company operation when necessary

Requirements: 

• Diploma holder or above in Business, Training and Development or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in designing and delivering training programs, candidate with F&B or retail background is an advantage;
• A team player and able to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing is a must;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
