Ticketing Officer (1.5-month Contract)

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kongs external trade, seeks a dynamic, high-caliber and experienced professional to join our Corporate Communications & Marketing Department. 

Responsibilities:

• Work in Ticketing Hotline team (Call centre)
• Handle telephone enquiries for Book Fairs and Food Expo
• Handle complaint calls from customers and relay the feedback to responsible departments for further investigation and follow up

Requirements:

• Employment period: 8 July 2025 - 18 August 2025 (must be available to work on 16 July to 22 July and 14 August to 18 August)
• Working hours will be arranged by supervisors according to the operational requirements, inclusive of Saturdays and Sundays
• Customer-oriented with good telephone manner and good customer service
• Proactive, self-initiated and very attentive to details
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word-Processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Students who are looking for summer jobs are welcome

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis.
