Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Own the 360-Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire hiring process from client consultation and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and successful placement.

• Act as a Strategic Client Advisor: Use your experience to provide expert advice on talent strategy, market trends, and role requirements to our portfolio of leading clients.

• Build Elite Talent Networks: Go beyond job ads to proactively source, engage, and build lasting relationships with high-calibre professionals in your specialized market.

• Drive Successful Outcomes: Skillfully manage candidate and client expectations, facilitate complex negotiations, and ensure a seamless hiring experience for all parties.

• Develop Your Market Niche: Become a true subject matter expert in a specific vertical (e.g., Technology, Finance, Legal, Marketing), building your personal brand as a go-to consultant.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven In-House Experience: A degree holder with 3+ years of professional recruiting experience, ideally gained within a corporate TA team.

• Deep Understanding of Hiring: You intrinsically understand the challenges and goals of hiring managers because youve been their trusted partner.

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Cantonese. You are articulate, professional, and build rapport with ease. (Mandarin is a plus).

• An Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are ambitious, resilient, and proactive, with a strong internal drive to achieve and exceed targets.

• Consultative Approach: You possess the confidence and credibility to advise senior stakeholders and guide decision-making.
