We’re Hiring: Systems Analyst

Employment Type: Full-Time

Level: Entry to Mid-Level

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Systems Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, system optimization, business processes, and supporting efficient operations through innovative technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing systems, workflows, and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather and document technical and business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support system implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
• Collaborate with IT, development, and business teams on system-related projects.
• Prepare reports, process documentation, and technical recommendations.
• Monitor system performance and ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
• Assist in identifying system risks, issues, and improvement strategies.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and integration processes where required.
• Ensure systems align with business goals, operational needs, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in systems analysis, business analysis, IT support, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with databases, reporting tools, or business systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, or analytical software is preferred.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
