Supervisor Trainee

• Undergo 12-month classroom and on-the-job training across frontline and supervisory functions in Operational departments

• Lead a team to perform aircraft arrival / departure services and ensure smooth daily operations

• Assist Superior in monitoring the performance and productivity of the teams, providing coaching, training, and feedback to improve their performance

• Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations

• Monitor and ensure all services provided by the team are handled professionally, and are in compliance with handling guidelines and regulatory requirements

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior

• Degree in Aviation, Business Administration or relevant disciplines

• Good leadership skill and enjoy working in teams

• Positive attitude with a commitment to work in the Aviation industry

• Detail-minded, patient and able to work under pressure

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Shift duty is required

• Holder of valid HK Driving License Category No.1 and 2 with good driving record is a plus
