Our client, a prominent organization within the Health Insurance and Health Services sector, is seeking a visionary Senior Solution Architect to drive their enterprise technology strategy. This pivotal role is designed for a technical leader capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable, future-ready architectural roadmaps and overseeing major transformation initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Architecture Leadership: Define and maintain the enterprise solution architecture, developing comprehensive technology roadmaps that align with group strategic objectives and foster innovation.
• Governance & Design Authority: Formulate and drive the solution design process, hosting the technical design board to safeguard design integrity and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Holistic Solution Design: Lead high-level requirements analysis to create integrated architectural artifacts (e.g., C4 models, network topology) and provide expert recommendations on technology stack adoption.
• Vendor & Delivery Oversight: Evaluate IT vendor proposals against technical requirements and provide critical guidance to engineering leads throughout the development lifecycle.
• Security & Compliance Adherence: Ensure all architectural designs meet stringent security, risk management, and audit standards to maintain operational resilience.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven Track Record: A minimum of 10 years in application/infrastructure design, with at least 5 years dedicated to Solution Architecture for medium-to-large scale implementations.
• Leadership Capabilities: At least 3 years of experience in team management, with a demonstrated ability to act as the technical lead for major strategic initiatives.
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience within the Health Insurance or Health Services domain is essential.
• Interpersonal Excellence: Strong capability to negotiate design trade-offs and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Technical Mastery: Deep experience in developing architectural artifacts and assessing solutions for scalability and future growth.
