Our client is a leading asset management and investment firm.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement insurance business strategic plans, action plan and initiatives in achieving the 公司名稱’s business targets.
Take part in Investment Panel for insurance product assessment and clients’ portfolio management.
Regular research on market trend and statistics, keep abreast of the market development and obtain market intelligence.
Identifying and recommend appropriate insurance products to map the client tail.
Work with Relationship Managers to perform client-centered portfolio review and design to ascertain the client's capacity for risk.
Develop and conduct regular trainings to enhance insurance knowledge of Relationship Managers.
Work with compliance team to ensure the sales practice is fully compliant.
Establish good relationship with business partners and Relationship Managers to gain support for product delivery strategies.

Requirements

Degree with major in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics Marketing or related discipline.
At least 6-8 years working experience in product management in financial products.
Sound knowledge in risk management on insurance & investment products.
Insurance and Investment professional qualification, such as FLMI; CFP/CFA would be an advantage.
Excellent communication and inter-personal skill.
Strong sense of commitment.
Creative, self-motivated, analytical and be attentive to details.
Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin).
