The Corporate Management Trainee Programme is a 24-month fast-track development programme that enables energetic young talent to develop a successful career in the real estate and property management industry. The programme offers three specialized streams - Sales, Leasing and Finance - to better support your personal and professional development.

PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS:

• Cross-department rotations to develop technical expertise as well as a holistic understanding of our business and the industry

• Structured training to enhance essential competencies required at different development stages

• Coaching and mentoring to foster ongoing personal growth, business acumen and professional development

• Corporate projects to expand professional network and exposure

REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for high calibre graduates who:

• Hold a local or overseas university degree with less than 2 years of work experience

• Aspire to develop their careers in the real estate and property management industry

• Possess strong business acumen and exceptional analytical skills

• Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and work well in a team

• Are self-motivated, driven and persistent, and have the courage to challenge the status quo
