Your new company Our client is a growing technology platform that is looking for a lawyer who has experience in M&A to join their legal team.

Your new role

  • Handling the whole cycle of M&A, financial investments and other strategic transactions, ranging from performing due diligence to supporting the closure of transactions
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transactional documentations and contracts
  • Identifying legal issues with recommendations in relation to M&A/ investments when necessary
  • Providing timely advice on whether to negotiate, refuse the buyers overtures, sell or do deals with other companies
  • Coordinating and working with the management and other counsels on projects and to assess regulatory obstacles
  • Assisting on tasks and projects within the business when necessary
What youll need to succeed
  • 4 to 8 years PQE with HK qualification and solid M&A experience
  • International firm experience preferred
  • Strategic thinker, communicative and detailed-oriented individual
  • Fluent in verbal and written Chinese and English
