Senior Sales Engineer, HVAC/Chiller
What you will do
You will join the HVAC sales team in Hong Kong. You will monitor and supervise sales activities and help to achieve yearly sales target, ensure the design specification of HVAC equipments are within project scope and comply with the requirements of local authorities and clients.
How you will do it
Support the team to work with clients, consultant and contractor to get the contracts for HVAC retrofit market in Hong Kong
Develop HVAC base solution to support client and consultant on all kind of building development or retrofit as well as chiller plant replacement
Achieve annual sales target in accordance with Companys objectives and direction, evaluate tender estimates on secured contracts so as to employ the most cost effective means to fulfill contractual obligations
Liaise with Companys sales personnel to ensure minimum lead time for contract execution and material ordering
Direct and lead sales team and be responsible of overall planning on sales activities, tendering and negotiation process, marketing, and promotional functions
Ensure quality of work to the satisfaction of customers and meet the Companys goal and achieve satisfactory levels of productivity, efficiency and effective results
Direct and lead sales teams on design work, tendering, and assist site supervision and project management of HVAC system and other building services related systems, including aftersales services and trouble-shooting
Liaise with customers and attend meetings with customers or customers representatives, follow up proactively on any customers requirement
Ensure customer satisfaction with the completed contracts, maintain a positive, supportive and hospitable attitude so as to develop and influence customers to maintain a long-term service relationship
What we look for
Required
Higher Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years product sales experience
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Experienced in escorting customer trip to factory for product quality assurance test
Effective project execution skill including cash flow planning and project monitoring
Strong selling, influencing and negotiation skills plus excellent interpersonal skill at all levels
Independent, resourceful, strategic-thinking and able to work under pressure
Candidate with more experience could be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
Candidate with less experience could be considered as Sales Engineer
Preferred
Possess Mechanic / Building Services / Electrical Engineering related academic background
Experienced in HVAC products/solution sales and execution
Demonstrated industry experience in the best work practices of HVAC and other building services related systems & trades and able to keep abreast of all updated information
Familiar with Salesforce.com
