Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day property operations

• Supervise the cleaning, repair and maintenance service provided to residents / owners

• Supervises junior operational staff

• Build up and maintain good relationship with clients

• Preparation of the administration, financial reports and etc

• Handle enquiries and complaints from the owners / tenants

Requirements:  

• Degree / Higher Diploma / Associate holder in Real Estate / Building Services / Surveying / Facilities Management / Hotel Management / Business Administration or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in property management with at least 2 years at supervisory level

• Well versed in BMO, DMC and tenancy agreements

• Strong interpersonal, supervisory and leadership skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• 5-day work week (subject to the site's operation guideline)

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Property Officer
