Responsibilities:

Directly assist the Head of Green Technology with the following tasks:

• Overseeing and managing all government projects within the team, ensuring their successful planning, execution, and delivery

• Supervising and mentoring project officers / assistants to ensure quality and efficiency in project delivery

• Liaising with suppliers to ensure good relationships and timely delivery of products and services

• Tracking project progress, budgets, and resources to ensure milestones and deadlines are met

• Preparing and delivering proposals for the government's tender for departmental development

• Maintaining project updates and documentation, including contracts, schedules, and making regular progress updates to the head of Green Technology

• Traveling to different countries (especially mainland China) when required for project management tasks

Demonstrating strong performance and leadership in this role can lead to direct promotion into the managerial ranking range.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above

• Minimum 5 years of full-time working experience after completing the bachelor's degree

• Completion of a written test and an ability test as part of the application process

• Passionate about project management and technologies in the environmental field

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese

• Skilled in computer applications, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
