Senior Product Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Formulate the product development roadmaps from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objective
• Identify strategic partners and suppliers to form a seamless supply network for product deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, marketing and sales
• Conduct cost analysis, market research, customer feedback analysis and competitive benchmarking to formulate strategy for new product launching
• Define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous advancement
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality assurance protocols
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in product development and management
• Proven track record of launching successful products
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management
• Proficient in common analytics tools, with advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin being an advantage
