Responsibilities

Reactivate existing Treasures customers to identify their needs and explore AUM top up opportunity
Acquire new to bank Treasures customer from different channels
Act as a Digital Ambassador for General Banking services
Provide superior service to customers in accordance with the Treasures Customer Interaction Model and the Bank’s service standards
Adhere to all internal policies & procedures, guidelines, including staff licensing, fit and properness of staff, anti‑money laundering policy, Know Your Customer principles and refined sales process. Assist CSM to ensure KYC, anti‑money laundering, documentation completeness in account opening and in each deal

Requirements

Degree holder, preferably in business or finance related
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in consumer banking industry with strong sales drive
Exposure to investment products and priority banking services preferred
Self‑starter with a tenacity to succeed, and a flair for selling
Customer‑focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Certified Retail Wealth Professional preferred
HKIB Certified Banker preferred
Fluent in Mandarin & English are required
Fulfillment of requirements under the Enhanced Competency Framework preferred
