Senior Officer (External Affairs) (Contract up to 31 March 2027)

The Job

• Assist in planning and executing engagement exercises with various stakeholders for the eMPF Platform Project which aims to standardize, streamline and automate the MPF scheme administration;

• Assist in preparing relevant materials such as information papers, presentation files, meeting notes, logistical arrangements etc. for the stakeholder engagement events/activities related to the eMPF Platform project;

• Assist in implementing publicity and promotion initiatives to promote the uptake of the eMPF Platform;

• Assist in planning, implementing and preparing relevant materials for other stakeholder engagement initiatives/programmes; and

• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Person

• A recognized degree, preferably in public relations or communications, or equivalent;

• At least four years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, community relations, marketing or public communications, preferably gained from sizeable or public organizations;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua is an advantage;

• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and people management skills;

• Mature, conscientious, flexible, open-minded and a good team player; and

• Able to work independently, under pressure and sometimes odd hours.

Remuneration Package
