Support team head on daily operations of Faster Payment System and Payment Market Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Create and approve payment transactions and message routings (mainly SWIFT messages).
Assist team head on daily operations of FPS and Payment Market Infrastructure including but not limited to SWIFT, RTGS, CIPS, CCASS and HKGX (mainly SWIFT operations).
Classify and distribute all incoming SWIFT / CIPS messages to related parties.
Handle payment inquiries from internal and external customers.
Perform day-end reconciliation of payment messages.
Prepare and support UAT.
Assist in preparing monthly management report.
Report issue found on Faster Payment transactions and Payment Market Infrastructure.
Prepare monthly MIS reports for Payment and Clearing Operations.
Perform other duties assigned by Team Head and supervisors.
Requires to work on Public Holidays and under adverse weather condition.
Requirements
Secondary education or above is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of banking experience is preferred. Solid experience in remittance operations.
Well understanding of payment products, systems and operations.
Good knowledge of payment industry trend and market knowledge.
Familiar with regulatory requirements such as AML Compliance on payment.
Proficient in MS Office.
Prudent and attentive to details.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
