Description
As a Senior Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing project & facilities operations and workplace services to ensure smooth functioning.
- Overseeing leasing agreements, renewals, and negotiations to align with company objectives.
- Developing and implementing facilities management strategies to optimise space utilisation.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies in all facilities-related matters.
- Preparing and managing budgets for facilities and leasing operations.
- Leading initiatives to enhance workplace safety, sustainability, and employee satisfaction.
- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on facilities and leasing performance.
Profile
- A degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in facilities management and leasing operations
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in Hong Kong.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimise resources effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and implementing efficient solutions.
