Description

You will work closely with business leaders and COE teams to advance a forward-thinking HR strategy that enhances leadership capability, strengthens talent pipelines, drives performance culture, and fosters meaningful cultural transformation. This role will oversee the delivery of key programmes such as the annual talent and succession review cycles, graduate development initiatives, leadership learning experiences, and targeted capability-building interventions. Acting as a strategic HR partner, you will guide business units through change and transformation efforts while ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Spearheading organisational development projects that support enterprise-wide transformation and sustainable growth
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aimed at improving employee engagement, productivity, and experience
  • Partnering with leadership teams to translate business goals into impactful people strategies
  • Interpreting workforce analytics to generate actionable insights that inform decision-making
  • Leading talent identification and development efforts for high-potential individuals across the business
  • Managing and executing change management initiatives to ensure effective transitions and adoption
  • Advising stakeholders on HR policies and employment practices that align with regulatory and business priorities
  • Cultivating a continuous learning environment through targeted development programmes and capability enhancement

Profile

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, and brings proven expertise in organisational development and HR strategy, ideally within the financial services or insurance sector. You will have a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant working experience and possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data to inform strategic decisions, complemented by excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement capabilities. With a proactive mindset and results-oriented approach, you will have a proven track record in navigating change management processes and implementing talent development frameworks. Familiarity with corporate HR policies and their practical application is essential, alongside fluency in both English and Cantonese to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and regional stakeholders.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary package in between $70,000 - 90,000/ month
