Roles and Job Descriptions :

• Provides academic support and guidance to students in specific subjects or areas of study outside of regular classroom hours.
• Help students understand and excel in their academic pursuits.
• Explain and clarify concepts, theories, and problem-solving techniques.
• Help students with homework assignments, projects, and test preparation.
• Offer guidance and advice on study skills, time management, and effective learning techniques.

• A bachelors degree / higher diploma / associate degree in the subject area or a closely related field.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in the specific subject or area of study.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively explain complex concepts to students.
