Responsibilities

• Lead business planning by projecting sales inflow, tracking performance metrics, and providing analytical insights.
• Coordinate and facilitate partnership meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-up on action items.
• Manage departmental budgeting and support strategic financial planning processes.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with bank partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and digital teams to drive business initiatives.
• Streamline workflows to improve turnaround time and enhance service efficiency.
• Maintain a centralized library of key business information and support ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in life insurance is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
• High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
