Senior IT Officer – Shangri-La Group

Today, the Group owns, operates and manages over 100 hotels under our family of five brands: Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, Shangri-La Signatures, Kerry Hotels, JEN by Shangri-La, and Traders.

About The Role

As a Senior IT Officer, you will support the IT Manager in deskside support, system maintenance and upgrade, troubleshooting, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain computer hardware, peripherals and application software to ensure uninterrupted system operations.
• Monitor hotel and guest network infrastructure to uphold data integrity and system stability.
• Manage system security, user accounts, access rights, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Evaluate new software, system patches and propose implementation plans to the IT Manager.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

About You

• Bachelor's Degree in Computing, Information Technology or other related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of diverse experience in infrastructure projects, system application and shared service support; experience in the hotel industry would be an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
