Position: Senior Interior Designer - Hospitality Focus

• We are an internationally acclaimed, award-winning interior design studio specializing in luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and the Asia Pacific region.

• We're growing—and we're looking for a Senior Interior Designer with a passion for creating unforgettable spaces.

• You'll play a key role in shaping the guest experience through thoughtful, elegant, and innovative design.
• You'll collaborate with a dynamic team to bring world-class hospitality environments to life.

Your responsibilities

• Leading design development for luxury hotel and residential projects
• Translating concepts into compelling presentations and detailed drawings
• Collaborating with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure design excellence
• Reviewing shop drawings, prototypes, and site work to maintain quality and intent
• Mentoring junior designers and contributing to a creative, supportive team culture

Ideal candidates

• A degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• 3+ years of experience, preferably in luxury hospitality design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
• Strong hand sketching and/or 3D rendering skills
• Solid understanding of design principles, detailing, FF&E, and production drawings
• Experience with site coordination and furniture prototype reviews is a plus
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
