Role Summary The appointee will support business integration for all newly acquired entities, as well as provide business analysis and assistance with other ad‑hoc initiatives across the Greater China Cluster. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the followings: Key Responsibilities Lead post-merger integration and finance transformation initiatives by standardizing processes, and implementing automation and improvement solutions in partnership with cross‑functional leaders. Lead analysis across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow to inform strategy and resource al地點 for Greater China Cluster. Lead and oversee project initiatives, tracking progress, financial performance, and value realization. Support the establishment of shared service centre in China. Develop and implement standards, procedures, internal controls, and processes in accordance with relevant accounting standards, legal regulatory and group policies and procedures. Drive and lead initiatives to improve Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) by analyzing the 公司名稱's capital structure, identifying areas for efficiency enhancement, and implementing strategies to optimize capital al地點 Preparation of budgets and forecasting; and tax reporting and compliance. Prepare ad-hoc assignments (e.g. shared service centre) and strategic analysis Qualifications University qualifications preferably in Finance or Accounting. Experience in the logistics industry is a must. Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 15 years' experience from multinational companies and/or familiarity with Logistics/Supply Chain industries. Experience in financial reporting, management reporting, post-merger integration, tax compliance and shared service centre.
