Senior Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Handle admission registration and related documents, verify insurance documents for direct billing and coordinate with the other departments for patient needs

• Assist in overseeing daily operation of Admission Office and offer training to subordinates

• Assist in preparing and maintaining various operation procedures, guidelines, working manuals, statistics and other reports in relation to admission services

• Handle patients feedback and complaint, and provide exclusive service for VIP guests

• Shift duty is required

• Perform any other duties (in the capacity as Senior Customer Service Officer) as assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time

Job Requirements

• Holder of a Higher Diploma in Health Management, Hospitality Management or Customer Service related disciplines

• At least 3 years relevant working experience preferably in hospital admission of which at least 1 year should be in supervisory positions

• Demonstrate good communication, customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Able to multi-task independently

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

Compensation and Employment Terms
