Sales Coordinator

Purpose of the Job:The Sales Coordinator will support day-to-day logistics and customer service activities, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, internal departments, and external partners. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle Electronic Release Order (ERO) exchange for assigned 3PL customers.

• Verify vessel ETA, local charges, consignee BL, and co-loader details with carriers/shipping lines.

• Liaise with internal finance team to confirm and settle local charges.

• Coordinate with internal & external partners for handling cargo delivery appointments.

• Release EROs to truckers and reschedule deliveries or follow up when necessary.

• Arrange import declarations for all inbound shipments via Tradelink in compliance with local customs regulations. Ensure accurate and timely filing of all import documentation.

• Act as a point of contact and provide customer service support for dedicated accounts and project cargo customers

• Prepare job sheets, issue invoices to customers, and arrange vendor payments through FFS system. Ensure accuracy in billing and cost allocation

• Prepare and submit monthly 3PL activities reports for key accounts.

• Back up teammate during absences or leave periods.

• Support ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.

• 2-4 years of experience in sea freight forwarding, logistics, or customer service.

• Familiar with ERO process, shipping documentation, and Tradelink import/export declaration. Good knowledge of freight forwarding operations (sea import/export).

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong follow-up skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving and multitask ability.

• Good communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
