Key Responsibilities:

Take charge of the end-to-end credit approval process, with a primary focus on Private Banking credit facilities and tailored lending solutions.
Conduct comprehensive credit underwriting, structure complex credit proposals, and execute rigorous annual portfolio reviews.
Proactively monitor early warning signals within the portfolio, executing on-site due diligence and client assessments when required to mitigate potential risks.
Uphold exceptional standards in credit reporting, ensuring zero tolerance for high-risk compliance or audit breaches.
Maintain a strong deal processing velocity to consistently meet internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contribute effectively to the team's overall productivity benchmarks.
Safeguard the bank's asset quality by ensuring newly onboarded client facilities maintain a strict non-default status within their crucial 第一頁 year.

Qualifications & Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of solid experience in credit risk management or credit approval within the banking sector.
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline.
Direct hands-on experience in
Private Banking credit approval is strictly required

Candidates possessing a dual-track background—with proven approval authority in both
Corporate Banking and Private Banking
—will be highly prioritized.
Advanced proficiency in detailed credit assessment, financial statement analysis, and complex cash flow modeling.
