Senior Clubhouse Officer (Tseung Kwan O) (5 days working)
Duties
- Monitor daily operation of the Clubhouse
- Handle enquires and complaints
- Organizing recreation programs and activities
- Monitor the performance of all front-line staff
- Carry out administration work as required
- Shift duty on Sunday and public holiday is required
Requirements:
- Have a Certificate in Recreation / Hotel Management / Event Management or equivalent
- 3 years experience in clubhouse / hotel industry
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Clubhouse Officer
