Sales & Marketing Manager

• Identify, explore, and expand new business opportunities to extend the company portfolio and increase market share to drive business growth

• Explore new customers for future business opportunities, achieve sales target and maximize yearly turnover

• Targeting developers, architect, consultant, specifiers, system integrators and design fraternities, and liaise with counterparts to maximize sales opportunities within the responsible territory

• Monitor sales performance, carry out sales and marketing activities, evaluate market trends, develop strategies to outperform competitors

• Organize and attend exhibitions and other promotional events both locally and overseas to develop and maintain a strong network of contacts to improve cross-referral opportunities and network expansion and business development

• Lead sales support team to provide sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions and implement strategic plannings

• Handle enquiries, provide quality sales & technical support to our customers, and turn leads into successful deal

• Develop marketing strategies, conduct research, promote products, and maintain relationships with clients and partners

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering or Science discipline;

• Solid experience in sales & marketing, project management will be an advantage;

• Good relationship with property developers, architect, contractors and consultants;

• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with team and business stakeholders, self-initiative, aggressive and well organized;

• Highly motivated individual with a commitment to quality and achieving targets;

• Excellent telephone manner, presentation and inter-personal skills, attention to details and customer oriented;

• With at least 3 years relevant sales experience in lighting or relevant industry;

• E&M project experienced would be an advantage;

• Good command of spoken and written English / Chinese / Mandarin;

• Proficiency in PC skills e.g. Excel, Words, Powerpoint
