Sales Manager

SoftNET is an European telecommunications network operator, growing rapidly in Asia. To strengthen our sales team in Hong Kong, we are looking for Sales Manager.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the whole sales cycle and growth of our customer base in Hong Kong. To be successful at this job you need to be able to work on your own and foster relationships with new customers, partners and colleagues. If you are a social, proactive and creative person this is a job for you. 

Main tasks: 

  • Prospect the Hong Kong market with mainly focus on European SMEs but also Asian market  

  • Drive sales growth through effective planning and execution of sales strategies 

  • Drive Pipeline Development 

  • Work throughout the whole sales cycle (from finding the prospect till closing sales) 

  • Communicate with the technical team to create a good technical solution for the new Customers. 

  • Develop SoftNets services and find new business opportunities.   

  • Attend networking events and occasional business trips.  

  • Other duties required from management could be presented in the future. 

Job requirements:  

  • Entrepreneurial attitude 

  • Experience in sales is a plus, but ambition is more important 

  • ICT background or interest in technology  

  • Excellent communication skills in English and other European languages are a plus.
