Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, delivering tailored logistics solutions, including warehousing and cold chain services
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective customer acquisition and retention strategies
Build and nurture strong customer relationships with assigned accounts to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
Prepare and negotiate contracts while addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Monitor and analyze customer performance and market changes to inform sales strategies and decision-making
Undertake additional tasks as required to support the sales team and 公司名稱 objectives

Requirements

Diploma in sales, logistics, business, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, express, or similar industries
Strong customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, independent, and able to thrive under pressure
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
Candidates with additional experience will be considered for the Senior Sales Executive
