Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, conducting regular field sales on individual dispensary and retail clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade clients, ensuring long-term partnerships through store visits and service.

• Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients to secure favourable terms.

• Enhance product visibility and contribute to increasing market share.

• Provide accurate sales forecasts and prepare reports for management.

• Handle customer inquiries, product training, delivery issues, and payment follow-ups.

• Participate in roadshows, promotional events, and other activities to promote the brand.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree or higher in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in selling FMCG products to individual dispensary is required.

• Knowledgeable in the sales network of dispensary and pharmacy retail sector.

• Pet keeper is preferred, and knowledge in electrical appliances is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, sales-driven, and proactive attitude.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Sales Executive.

• Immediate availability is a plus.
