Retail Training Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and update training programs tailored to the needs of retail staff and business objectives.
Collaborate with the headquarters and local internal departments to identify training needs and align programs with business objectives.
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions in-store or at designated training facilities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and recommend improvements as needed.
Ensure all training programs based on retail business growth requirements to enhance team capabilities and build a talent pipeline.
Partner with cross-functional departments to oversee training related project design, planning, promotion, implementation, and feedback analysis.
Requirements:
Holder of a Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in any related disciplines
At least 2 years of solid experience in store managerial or trainer roles
Hands-on training experience in the Retail industry is a must
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (both Putonghua and Cantonese); fluency in English is advantageous.
Strong command of MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Immediately available is preferred
