• Assist the project team and act as the site representative of the Client/Architect to perform site supervisory duties, including detailed inspections, checking of setting out and recording concisely.
• Prepare site daily reports and bi‑weekly progress reports and present progress at site meetings.
• Witness on‑site and off‑site tests as required.
• Report immediately any unsatisfactory/non‑conforming site works.
• Oversee the performance of contractors to ensure the required standards, construction sequence, workmanship and health & safety are achieved.
• Monitor, motivate the progress of work and coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure objectives are achieved according to the agreed scheme and budget.
• Work closely with consultants, client stakeholders, relevant organizations and internal teams on project progression and implementation.

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent engineering qualifications.
• Familiar with Building Regulations and well versed in coordination of services & construction details.
• Minimum 8 years relevant post‑qualification experience with minimum 5 years relevant experience as RCOW in hostels/hotels/headquarters or other related projects.
• Experience in site safety supervision. Candidates with Degree Certificate, Diploma or Higher Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or in Construction Safety are preferred.
• MiC experience and local experience are considered as merits for consideration.
• Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSE or Grade "E" in HKCEE, or equivalent.

• The tentative commencement date of employment will be in October 2025.
• The tentative employment period will be around 18 months with possible extension subject to works condition.
