A high-growth corporate bank with continual investment in growth in the region is seeking to hire an Relationship Manager - Structured Finance / Real Estate to handle full spectrum of activities for securing the transactions including promotion of securitization and structured finance related business including marketing, origination and distribution.

Role Responsibilities

• You will be responsible to structure, underwrite, distribute and execute securitization and structured finance related products including ABS (Asset Backed Securities), Sponsor/Investors clients, and or other regional Structured Finance transactions in Asia-Pacific
• Support deal origination efforts and assist in execution, including but not limited to business, legal and financial due diligence, credit analysis, drafting term sheets, reviewing financing documents, coordinating between internal and external parties
• Support internal approval and compliance processes; work with credit, legal and compliance departments
• Assist to negotiate satisfactory 條款及細則 including financial covenants and forms of security in order to comply with lending criteria
• Track deliverables against execution timetable to ensure timely and successful transaction closings
• Maintain good working relationships with banks and other financial institutions in the region
• Assist relationship managers in maintaining close client relationships and addressing structuring and executional issues
• Support and help grow the syndication network and loan trading platform in Asia

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Corporate Banking experience;
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance or Economics from a reputable university
• A proactive and collaborative individual who works well cross-functionally/regional with colleagues
• Knowledge in real estates sector and/or consumer loans with a specialization in rating auto loans, data centers and triple-net leasing
• Effectively negotiates with wide range of his/her external/internal counterparties to execute deals/tasks;
• Effective communicator in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
