Regional Project Manager (Travel Retail)

To cope with the business expansion, our client is actively looking for a regional role to manage the APAC project. Reporting to the regional project lead in Europe, the regional project manager is responsible for the full range of management the project among the assigned APAC regions.

Accountabilities

·      Full management of APAC operation for specific projects to drive the efficiency

·      Ensure the project KPI and SLA are duly achieved

·      Close communication with internal and external parties including HR partners and client marketing vendors

·      Regular direct interaction on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to check actual performance against the KPI and suggest effective solutions to fix the gaps

·      Responsible for high level staffs training and development and consolidation of training schedule and plan through a synergy with the client marketing agency in terms of training content and beefing availability

·      Oversee the operational tasks with the support of the project coordinator such as uniform and device management, accommodation arrangement, etc.

·      Supervision of recruiting pipeline and respect of timelines for sourcing, onboarding and training

Competencies

·      Master degree holder with major in Business Administration, Marketing and Management is highly preferable;

·      Degree holder with relevant experience is also welcome

·      At least 2 years of experience in project management

·      Solid working experience in Retail or Field Marketing

·      High capability in Excel and analytical skill especially in interpretation of financial and operational statements

·      High Proficiency in English
