Tower Research Capital is a leading quantitative trading firm founded in 1998, with a 25+ year track record of innovation and a reputation for discovering unique market opportunities. Our platform brings together low‑latency programming, FPGA technology, hardware acceleration and machine learning to power your trading strategies.

The successful candidate will work closely with quantitative researchers to design, implement, deploy and manage components of our research and live trading platforms, leveraging Tower’s cutting‑edge, low‑latency stack.

地點 is flexible for the right candidate, with a preference for 香港 or New York.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, deploy and maintain a low‑latency, high‑frequency trading platform from market data handling to strategy framework and components
• Design, implement, deploy and maintain a high‑performance, massively scalable research platform that integrates seamlessly with our trading platform
• Design, implement and deploy data analysis and system monitoring tools with a view toward quality control and early error detection
• Evaluate third‑party libraries and frameworks in detail and leverage state‑of‑the‑art solutions to solve business problems when applicable
• Contribute to technology intelligence and debt minimization, staying informed on modern trends and ensuring up‑to‑date best practices in the software lifecycle are maintained

Qualifications

• Solid academic background in computer science, mathematics or a similar quantitative field; a Master’s degree is preferred
• Strong background in data structures, algorithms and programming
• At least 5 years of practical experience with modern C++, ideally in a high‑performance context. Real‑world experience with Python is highly appreciated. Rust and/or functional language experience is also appreciated, but not required
• Strong experience in the design, implementation and deployment of high‑performance distributed systems or low‑latency trading systems highly appreciated
• Good working knowledge of Linux both as a user and development target
• A strong ownership and self‑driven mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at both high level and in detail
